Article V of the US Constitution provides two methods for amending the Constitution. One method is a “Convention.” This method, supported by many Republicans and conservatives COULD open the door to MASSIVE changes in our individual Rights and powers of the Federal Government. In fact, there are SUBSTITUTE Constitutions ALREADY drafted which do EXACTLY that.
