Calling all Freedom Loving Volunteers!
Eustis is one of only two cities in the country which has been celebrating George
Washington’s Birthday for over a hundred years. This is the 121st year for Eustis! It’s
a pretty big deal with a parade, carnival, fireworks, bands and vendors. It’s very well
attended and full of Americana. It’s a two-day event beginning Friday, February 24 at
4:00 in Ferran Park. Saturday is the parade and park activities until 10:00 PM
We need your help in the parade Saturday, February 25th!
The Lake County Republican Party participates in a big way by having a large unit in
the parade including floats, classic cars, Continental Army Color Guard, banner
carriers and walkers with American flags. We want to make a good impression and
incite enthusiasm for our Party.
WE NEED YOUR HELP TO COMMUNICATE THE MESSAGE THAT THE
REPUBLICAN PARTY IS RESISTING THE CRAZINESS IN WASHINGTON.
We will be assembling and decorating at 8:15am in the field behind Eustis Heights
Elementary, 250 W. Atwater Ave. EVERYONE QUALIFIES. You can ride or walk and
will be transported back to your vehicle. Wear your red, white and blue apparel. If
you have, bring an American, Don’t Tread On Me or military branch flag and candy
for throwing. Bring family and friends for a great time. A big turnout will
demonstrate Lake County Republicans fight hard for conservative principles.
We also need your help with voter registration at our tent in Ferran Park
Friday, 4:00 pm -10:00 pm and Saturday, 10:00 am -10:00pm.
Let’s show event attendees that the Republican Party is the best answer for America!
EVERYONE QUALIFIES. We’ll teach you how it’s done. We all want to make sure the
Democrats don’t turn Florida into California or New York.

If you are a voter who had requested a vote-by-mail (VBM) ballot, you may do one of the following:
1. Mail your ballot in NOW. A returned voted ballot must be received, regardless of postmark, by the Supervisor of Elections’ office no later than 7:00 pm (local time) on Election Day.
2. Take your VBM ballot and physically drop it in the secure drop-box at the polling place.
3. Vote in person at the polling place. You must take you VBM ballot with you and make have the poll worker mark “CANCELED” on the certificate side of the ballot envelope.

If you received a VBM and did NOT request it, tell the polling place Clerk to update your record when you go to vote in person.
