Do not be confused by Amendment 4 being a Women’s Health Amendment.  It is NOT!

This is an extreme pro-abortion amendment with wording that is intentionally misleading and designed to deceive voters about its actual effect.

It provides a broad “health” loophole that would allow abortion ON DEMAND up to birth if the abortionist claims it is necessary “to protect the patient’s health.

This amendment also nullifies Florida’s parental consent requirement for minors to obtain an abortion, repeals the 24 hour waiting period before an abortion and eliminates clinic safety regulations.
